We want to make sure you have 100% satisfaction with your purchase.

Items sold by our store section are subject to refund or replacement upon some conditions.

If an item is damaged, misprinted or doesn't match your order (the product is wrong size, color or print), you can request a refund or replacement by contacting the page email heweymedia@gmail.com with a picture and explanation of the item issue within 30 days of delivery date. After 30 days, we will not grant a refund or replacement.

Face masks must be in the original packaging, unwearable with all tags attached in order to qualify for a return.
​
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
​
If the shipping provider did not complete the delivery (late deliveries, missing packages) you must attempt to resolve a dispute with the shipping provider.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and do not hesitate contacting us in case of damage, defective issue or wrong items. We will be happy to help and fix any issue.
